To gain the Permanent Bonus, Loviatar's Love Loviatar's Love, you will need to be hit three times, and pass each subsequent constitution/performance/intimidation rolls while staying above 40% hp.
I was able to get the blessing with Karlach with failing one performance check. I went from intimidation (passed with critical success) to constitution (failed) to performance (passed). And was blessed in the end. A second time I tried the same order and failed critically on the second throw and still got the blessing.
Burrow edit
I just wanted to point out that I'm pretty sure the burrow thing is a glitch. I recently went up to platform the burrow is on with my companions, and afterwards they would not follow me back down, instead they just stood up there and commented on how they can't fit in the burrow over and over again. Had to take control of them manually to get them back down. I've also seen people say that if you block the hole, Abdirak will give up on it and leave the Sanctum, but I haven't been able to replicate this myself. There seems to be some weird glitch with this burrow that makes it irresistible to NPC's. –160.32.70.119 03:43, 11 April 2025 (CEST)

- I killed Abdirak, Torturer Spike, and that one guard who’s name I forget, because they were all in the same room at the time and it was relatively obscured. After that, I left the area for a reason I no longer remember, saved to get off, and came back the next day. You most likely don’t want to hear the events in between this, but I ended up going back to the room. Torturer Spike and Abdirak were alive again.
