Does this really mean it is a permanent debuff? If so, it also sounds like it might not be indicated in the UI in any way either, so easily missed. I drew attention to this info in a recent edit to the description, but if it is a serious bug that could affect a player to end of game, I think this should maybe have an even more prominent warning at the start of the article.
