Primal Strike is bugged through at least Hotfix 6.[edit source]

Primal Strike doesn't currently work properly, and hasn't since launch. I didn't play EA so I'm not sure about that. As of Hotfix 6, you can look in the combat log and see that Primal Strike is not working - attacks against creatures with resistance do half damage instead of full damage.

This feature has never worked properly since the game was released. It still doesn't do anything (Patch 6).
