There's a number of other Rune Slates found in the Mind Flayer Colony. Two are found at the second intersection from the entrance of the Mind Flayer Colony in Act 2, one at X:688 Y:-30, the second at X:691, Y-21. These rune slates in the Mind Flayer Colony don't pop out when you use the Alt key to highlight them. Murderhobo Loot Everything scroll over everything

The first requires an Arcana check (14) which results in "Seems I can understand Illithid script. Thank you, Tadpole"

Text for (X688, Y-30): [A series of dots and broken lines - entries in a language you cannot read. And yet, you sense their meaning nonetheless...]

A blur of noise and pain filtered through through a newly-born high-mind, staggered fresh from the spawning pool.

But all is not right. Down in the darkness where the Elder stirs, something else moves too.

Three shining lights that taste of pain.

Text for the second (X:691, Y:-21)

[A series of dots and broken lines - entries in a language you cannot read. And yet, you sense their meaning nonetheless...]

Fractured reports from other colonies, scattered throughout the Underdark. One in particular tells of an uprising - slaves breaking free from their fighting pits to swarm over watching illithids...

Found two more: Necrotic Laboratory of the Mind Flayer Colony, X: 692, Y:-111

[A series of dots and broken lines - entries in a language you cannot read. And yet, you sense their meaning nonetheless...]

A flash of nautiloids lining a great dark void. One mind, with one purpose, moving in concert through the darkness between planes. The design in action, before the slave-minds rose and ruined it all

[A series of dots and broken lines - entries in a language you cannot read. And yet, you sense their meaning nonetheless...]

A final, mournful entry, carrying with it a vast hollow feeling of grief. The colony in decline. The elder starving, falling dormant to preserve its strength and lie in wait - for some salvation to come.
