On Obtaining the Very Rare version of the Sentient Amulet[edit source]
Select the dialogue option "God's no. I don't wish to inherit your curse."
This will lead to a fight with the possessed body of the monk and three additional level 9. These zombies have 42 hit points each.
Upon killing all four the amulet will become the very rare version, keeping the ki restoration & shatter abilities. It will lose the willpower saving throw debuff.
