Editing Mental Fatigue (Condition)

Revision as of 10:24, 17 December 2023 by 72.35.107.193 (talk) (Just gave this a test w/ Ring of Mental Inhibition as of latest patch 12/17/23. Mental Fatigue stacks up to 7 times, and displays up to a -7 under each saving throw on the character screen. Percentage chance for spells using the pertinent saving throw to proc also scaled correctly up to the maximum 7 stacks.)
