Thulla can be cured by player abilities or items that removes the [[Conditions#Poisoned|Poisoned]] [[Condition]], or by following the [[Defeat the Duergar Intruders]] quest and retrieving the antidote. Completing this quest opens up the quest [[Save the Grymforge Gnomes]].
Thulla is a deep gnome slave taking refuge in the Myconid Colon. She can be found at {{coords|83|-97}}, on the same mushroom platform as [[Sovereign Spaw]]. When the party first encounters Thulla, she is afflicted with Duegar Poison and has had her health reduced. Once the party speaks with her, she must be cured within three Long Rests. After the third Long Rest, Thulla dies and becomes a myconid husk.
 
Thulla can be cured by player abilities or items that removes the [[Poisoned (Condition Type)|Poisoned condition]], such as [[Lesser Restoration]]. If the party interacts with Thulla while she is poisoned, a successful [[Nature]] check reveals that she has been poisoned by a wild weed from the Underdark. She needs an antidote soon, which is likely held by the poisoner.
 
Thulla's poisoner can be encountered while exploring the [[Decrepit Village]] or by following the [[Defeat the Duergar Intruders]] quest. The [[Duergar Antidote]] can be looted off the corpse of [[Gekh Coal]]. Completing this quest opens up the quest [[Save the Grymforge Gnomes]].
 
After saving Thulla, she offers the boots she stole from Sergeant [[Thrinn]] as a reward. She asks the party to go and save the rest of her clan of Ironhand Gnomes who are being held captive in [[Grymforge]].
