When the party encounter Sister Geanne, they won't be able to speak directly neither to her nor to other three sisters, because approaching the group immediately triggers the dialogue with Malus Thorm himself.

During the dialogue, the party may (among other options) convince Malus Thorm to order the nurses to kill each other or to to operate on himself. Should the party choose the latter, Sister Geanne will remain neutral after the surgeon's demise. She'll begin to wander around the auditorium, dropping philosophical phrases about patients, healing and Thorm's fate. If attacked afterwards, other Undead Nurses around will come to her aid.
