Intellect Gluttons appear during the final stages of Act Three. In the morphic pools on the way to confront the Netherbrain, there will be several leaping from pools to attack the party in an ambush.

As the party attempts to ascend through [[High Hall]] to reach the brain stem, the Netherbrain will call in Nautiloids that can summon either a pair of Intellect Gluttons or a Mindflayer on their turn.
