Fiendish Fire is a passive feature that can reveal enemies and make them easier to hit.

Description

Once per turn, a creature hit by this weapon will possibly be afflicted with Faerie Fire Faerie Fire.

Condition: Faerie Fire

  • As of Patch 4, it appears that Fiendish Fire will trigger on spell attack rolls (i.e. Eldritch Blast, other cantrips) and will trigger multiple times per turn
  • If Fiendish Fire triggers multiple times, the last save result will "stick" - i.e. if the 1st save fails and the 2nd or later succeed, the target will not be affected by Faerie Fire Faerie Fire
