Leaping Static is a legendary reaction available to the Bernard in Honour mode, which deals chain lightning damage.
Description
Strike an attacker with lightning, dealing 3d8
Lightning. Three more bolts will leap from the target, electrifying as many as three other characters within 
6 m / 20 ft.
On Save: Targets still take half damage.
