Disconcerting Visage is a level 5 spell. It is a spell used only by Echo of a Lost Love. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Accentuate your unnatural form, Confusing Confusing nearby creatures.

Tactician Only: ...and dealing 3d10Damage TypesNecrotic damage. Creatures take half the damage on successful Wisdom Saving Throws.

No effect on undead.
