I disagree. [[Tenacity]] is referred to as a Weapon Action, and also states that it requires proficiency in its respective weapon. Is the wiki wrong? I disagree. Tenacity is referred to as a Weapon Action, and also states that it requires proficiency in its respective weapon. Is the wiki wrong?
