Frost Breath is a Dragonborn racial action. This ability allows them to breathe a cone of damaging cold energy in a target direction.
Description
Spew forth a cone of ice.

At Higher Levels
- At character level 6, the damage increases to 3d6 Cold.
- At character level 11, the damage increases to 4d6 Cold.
