The in-game description is incorrect, and reads as follows:

In truth, Mystra's Blessing only grants a 1d4 bonus to spell attack rolls. The full effects listed in the description correspond to the ''cumulative'' effects of the regular [[Bless (Condition)|Bless condition]] coupled with this additional effect.
 
It's actually possible to lose the regular Bless condition (due to the caster losing [[concentration]]) while retaining Mystra's Blessing. In this case, the creature will be left with only a 1d4 bonus to spell attack rolls.

In truth, Mystra's Blessing only grants a 1d4 bonus to spell attack rolls. The full effects listed in the description correspond to the cumulative effects of the regular Bless condition coupled with this additional effect.

It's actually possible to lose the regular Bless condition (due to the caster losing concentration) while retaining Mystra's Blessing. In this case, the creature will be left with only a 1d4 bonus to spell attack rolls.
