Mapped Terror: Powerlessness is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell frightens a target with the inexorable terror of darkness, draining them of physical strength. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Exploit the target's mapped fear to it and its flesh.
Properties
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Feeble
Duration: 3 turns
DC 16 Wisdom saving throw
- Deal only half damage with weapon attacks that use Strength.
Condition: Frightened
Duration: 2 turns
DC 16 Wisdom saving throw
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have Disadvantage on Ability checks and Attack rolls.
