Ghoulish Touch is a level 1 necromancy spell. This spell is only found granted by Ring of Exalted Marrow. It allows the user to attack a target and possibly them.
Description
Lash out with deadly claws and possibly the target.
Elves and undead cannot be Paralysed by this attack.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.

Duration: 2 turns
DC 13 Constitution saving throw
- Cannot move or take Actions, Bonus actions, or Reactions.
- Automatically fails all Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
- Attack rolls against the creature automatically succeed.
- Any Attack roll made against this creature by an attacker within 3 m / 10 ft is an automatic Critical Hit.
