Psychic Rend is a cantrip (Enchantment). This potent cantrip wielded by githyanki ardents pierces the very thoughts of their opponents. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Reach into an enemy's mind. Tear it to pieces and inflict Disadvantage on Intelligence and Wisdom checks and Saving Throws.
