Draconic Elemental Weapon: Lightning is a level 3 transmutation spell. This spell is a variant of 
and imbues a weapon with icy might, granting it bonus Lightning damage and giving it an 
Attack roll bonus.
Description
Imbue a weapon with an icy might. It receives a +1 bonus to Attack rolls, and deals an additional 1d4
Lightning damage.

Melee: 1.5 m / 5 ft
Recharge: Long rest
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Elemental Weapon: Lightning
Duration: Until Long rest
- Has a +1 bonus to Attack rolls and Damage Rolls[See Notes] and deals an additional 1d4Lightning damage.
