Sapping Strike is a class action used by Ptaris' Mental Image that allows them to sap the minds of their targets.
Description
Strike a foe and create a magical effigy that steal 2 points of Charisma, Intelligence, and Wisdom from the target.
Destroying a mental effigy restores the ability points.

Condition: Psionic Drain
- Your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores are reduced by 2 while Ptaris drains your mind to form a Mental Image. If any ability score reaches 0, you die. Destroying the Mental Image releases the psionic energy and ends this effect.
