Mapped Terror: Powerlessness is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell frightens a target with the inexorable terror of darkness, draining them of physical strength. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Exploit the target's mapped fear to Frighten Frighten it and Rot Rot its flesh.
