Untenable Secret is a level 4 enchantment spell. Forces the target to make a Wisdom Saving Throw or be forced to share a secret. Failure to do so results in taking Necrotic damage. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Inflict a mind-scarring secret upon a creature that it must pass on to an ally or receive damage after 1 turn.
