Report for Raphael

Somehow, word that the Orphic Hammer is in the House of Hope has gotten out and is circulating on the Gate's information black market. I have two suspects for this: First, Enver Gortash, who of course knows many of the House's secrets, and second, that diabolist-for-hire, Helsik, who I think helped Gortash burgle the Crown of Karsus and might have learned about the Hammer from him.

If I had to guess? I'd wager it was Helsik, simply because if she has something that's worth money, she'll find a way to sell it. And selling a way to free Orpheus could come with a high price tag.
