:It's not dropping from him for me, either. Not sure if it's just a wiki error or if maybe he dropped it in a previous patch, but I loaded a prior save after searching my inventory for this necklace and killed him again - multiple times - both in his original area and the final confrontation with him. I may have done something wrong. I got her to turn against the shadow druids with me but I didn't get this at the time.
Aqcuisition[edit source]
After the "Party" if siding with Grove. Kagha moves to near front gate alone and is easily knocked out and can loot the necklace
Balthazar[edit source]
Balthazar did not drop it killing him in 2 ways in the gauntlet of shar:
1. Killing him after clearing the other 2 umbral rift encounters (tactician) 2. Letting the 2nd umbral rift encounter kill him by opening the door (honor)
