Nadira's mother was a warlock, which she credits with teaching her to see through fiends and their servants<ref>Dialogue with [[Wyll]]: "My mother's a warlock. Taught me when a fiend's tongue is twisting."</ref>. Despite this, their relationship was rocky enough that Nadira ran away from home at sixteen<ref>Dialogue with Wyll: Wyll: "Your mother and I have a lot in common." Nadira: "Gods, I hope not. I left home at sixteen for a reason."</ref>.

Nadira can be found above the entrance to the Grove. She is being stalked by a [[Bugbear Assassin]]. Should the player decide to help her, they'll fight the bugbear together.  

Despite being saved from the assassin, she will accuse the player of being sent to retrieve the [[Soul Coin]] because of you having the scent of Avernus about you. A [[Deception]], [[Persuasion]] or [[Intimidation]] [[Skill Check|Check]] at a [[Difficulty Class]] 5 with a situation [[Advantage]]. Whatever the outcome, she will either thankfully or bitterly reward you with the coin.

Nadira's survival is [[Time Sensitive Activities|Time Sensitive]]. If they player doesn't help her, roams around the Grove for too long and gets too close to her location, the Bugbear Assassin will murder her.
