Beguiling Rebuke is a level 6 enchantment spell. It is a legendary action used by Raphael to charm the creature that attacked him as well as its allies. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Try to your attacker and its nearby allies.
Creatures charmed in this way cannot attack Raphael.
Properties
At higher levels
Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
Condition: Beguiled
Duration: 2 turns
- This creature has been charmed by Raphael and cannot target him with attacks or spells.
