Blaze Portyr, I'm writing to report a terrible crime!

Ever since Old Garlow died (Kelemvor be with him), his house has stood empty and derelict (an awful pity considering the price of property these days).

But didn't I spot vagabonds creeping in and out of his upstairs windows! Downright incensed, I was! I knocked on the door until I got a splinter (a bloody big one too), but they didn't so much as answer (rude!).

Could you please send someone down - preferably yourself? Who knows the wreck those squatters are making of the place, when good folk like me have to struggle to keep a roof over our heads? It just isn't right!

Looking forward to seeing you SOON,
