Sapping Strike is a class action used by Ptaris' Mental Image that allows them to sap the minds of their targets.

Description

Strike a foe and create a magical effigy that steal 2 points of Charisma, Intelligence, and Wisdom from the target.

Destroying a mental effigy restores the ability points.
