Greetings and so forth! I am writing to you on this most auspicious day - marking my sixth year of gainful employ in your service. I have enjoyed and believe I've performed admirably each moment of these duties, and hence, I have a simple request: an increase in salary of one gold piece, six silver and nine copper per month.

This has been precisely calculated to augment my rather humble lifestyle in accordance to a rising cost of living (and a little bit of extra money for nice bread - I do so love a good loaf).
