War Priest is a War Domain Cleric passive that allows Cleric to attack using a 
Bonus action and a File:War Priest Charge.png War Priest Charge.
Description
When you make an unarmed or weapon attack, you can spend a War Priest Charge to make an additional attack as a Bonus action.
You have get 3 War Priest Charges per short rest (or long rest?)
Properties
- This is a passive feature.
- Requires Bonus action + War Priest Charge to make an attack.
- Cleric gets 3 War Priest Charges per long (or short?) rest.
- Acquired at level 1 with the War Domain subclass.
