Boots of Psionic Movement are a very rare pair of Boots that allow Githyanki wearers to fly, and enhances their attacks with Psychic damage.

When not atop their dragons, gith are not particularly air-worthy. This is probably for the best. The imposition of downward gravity tends to put most people in a mood.
