Cull the Weak is a toggleable passive feature and Illithid Power. When a character with this passive active brings a creature down to fewer Hit Points than the characters number of evolved Illithid Powers, the creature dies and all nearby creatures take 1~4
Psychic damage.
Description
When you bring a creature down to fewer hit points than your number of evolved illithid powers, it dies and all nearby creatures take 1~4Psychic damage.

- This is a quite powerful power but also dangerous, if you have on kill effects like
Elixir of Bloodlust and
