Sentinel: Snare is a passive feature obtainable by the Sentinel Feat. Users of this feature are able to stop enemies in their tracks if you hit them with an Opportunity Attack.
Description
When you hit a creature with an Opportunity Attack, it can no longer move for the rest of its turn.

Granted by the feats: Sentinel
Notes
Though this applies to druids in Wild Shape and does deal damage, the Damage Roll is empty/bugged as of Hotfix 19.
