This ability is only available for NPCs. It causes their weapon attacks to do more damage and possibly frighten enemies.
Description
Strike with the Black Hand's ire, dealing more damage and possibly your target.
Properties
Melee: 1.5 m / 5 ftCondition: frightened
Duration: 2 turns
- Cannot move. Frightened entities also have
Disadvantage on
