Bane's Wrath

Bane's Wrath is a level 4 spell. It is a weapon attack that deals massive psychic damage weapon and possibly frightens the target, similar to  Wrathful Smite. Iron Consuls of Bane grant this spell to fellow Banites with  Voice of Command. It cannot be learned by party members.

Description

Strike with the Black Hand's ire, dealing more damage and possibly  Frightening your target.
