Bout of Storms is an free action used by Ansur at the beginning of each round of combat, after he has used Stormheart Nova. It creates five areas on the battlefield that will be struck by lightning at the end of the round.
Description
Ansur calls down tines of lightning that strike all around him in wild erratic patterns.
