Vellioth

Vellioth was Cazador's master. His skull can be found in the western wing of Cazador's Dungeon.

Information

Interacting with Vellioth's skull allows a party member to attempt three Wisdom DC 15 checks to learn Vellioth's first, second, and third "lessons". Following the checks, the party receives the Black Mass Scroll which advances the quest The Pale Elf.
