Assassin of Bhaal Cowl is a very rare Helmet that grants a bonus to Initiative and allows the wearer to see in the dark and cast See Invisibility.
When he was killed, Bhaal's blight upon the world was not destroyed. For the many people upon whom he had sired his spawn slithered out of tainted wombs, and with their arrival Bhaal's malcontent returned with force.
