The Robe of Exquisite Focus is a rare piece of Clothing that increase its wearer's Spell Save DC.
This robe once belonged to one of the great Wizard Tenser's lecturers. While in university, Tenser used to practice spells on this robe, sometimes resulting in wonderful arcane discovery.
