Arcane Charge - While Threatened, affected entity has a +1 bonus to damage with spells.
- BUG NOTES:
- this effect adds the Proficiency Level as damage instead (from +2 to +4).
- each projectile from Magic Missile and Scorching Ray gets the bonus damage separately.
- Amulet of Elemental Torment damage from Burning when standing on a Fire Surface also benefits.
