Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining Suspension of Laculite (procured from Laculite) and any Vitriol.

Notes

• When the effect of this elixir is removed (i.e. when drinking a different elixir), you will lose a level 2 spell slot, prioritizing an already expended slot. If you have expended at least one level 2 spell slot, there is no harm in replacing this elixir (or benefit in keeping it).
• Drinking multiple Greater Elixirs of Arcane Cultivation in a row will not restore multiple spell slots. However, if you alternate between drinking this and a different elixir, you can restore multiple slots. For example, drinking a Greater Elixir of Arcane Cultivation, then a Elixir of Arcane Cultivation, and then another Greater Elixir of Arcane Cultivation will restore two level 2 slots and one level 1 slot.
• If drunk by a Warlock, the extra spell slot will behave like a Spellcasting spell slot rather than a Pact Magic spell slot — i.e., it will always be level 2 regardless of the Warlock's level, and it will not be restored by taking a short rest. However, it is still possible to cast Warlock spells with it.
• If drunk by a spellcasting character who only has level 1 spell slots at their current level, this elixir will still give them a level 2 spell slot. Although this does not provide access to any level 2 spells, they can still use the extra spell slot to upcast level 1 spells.
• If drunk by a character with no spellcasting features at all, this elixir will still give them a single level 2 spell slot, though they will not be able to use it for anything.
