Effect
- Consume to grant an additional
Level 1 Spell Slot. - Replaces effects of other elixirs when drunk.

Can be crafted via Alchemy by combining 
Vitriol of Weavemoss (procured from 
Weavemoss) and any Sublimate.
Notes
- When the effect of this elixir is removed (i.e. when drinking a different elixir), you will lose a level 1 spell slot, prioritizing an already expended slot. If you have expended at least one level 1 spell slot, there is no harm in replacing this elixir (or benefit in keeping it).
- This and the
Greater Elixir of Arcane Cultivation have a slightly unique interaction when drunk by a Warlock, and their automatically upcast Pact Magic slots. The Warlock will still get a spell slot of the Elixer's level and can cast spells up to that level using the Elixer's slot instead of their Pact Magic slot.
