Bloated Hyena is a hyena variant found on The Risen Road. They serve as incubators to Newborn Gnolls and will give birth in a grisly eruption if not dispatched quickly

Allowing the hyena to be consumed by Yeenoghu's Hunger allows for maximum experience gained. There will be a gain of 20 xp if killed normally, but defeating the Newborn Gnoll grants an additional 40 xp.
