Ayo can be found inside of his home in the Lower City alongside his family. According to 
Armbrust's Ledger, the family has since been falling behind on his debts because many of Tym's clients fell behind on their debts to him.
If the newborn Mind Flayer in the windmill in Rivington was fed a corpse, Ayo will be found dead inside the home and the Mind Flayer will be wandering around.
