Effect

• The runepowder inside explodes when ignited, damaging everything in its vicinity.
  • Automatically Critically Hits objects and environments.
  • AoE: 18 m / 59 ft (Radius)
  • 10d8 + 40 (50~120) Force
    (DC 12  Dexterity saving throw to halve)

Where to find

• Found near Philomeen in Grymforge.
  • Philomeen will explode the barrel if the player attempts to steal it. To circumvent this, she can be engaged in dialogue with one party member while another steals the barrel.
• Two more barrels can be found in Angleiron's Cellar during act 3, independently if the player stole the initial barrel from Philomeen or not.
  • However Rescue Wulbren must be completed for Angleiron's Cellar to be accessible.

Notes

• While it can be thrown as an action, the barrel does not explode when used this way – It has to be ignited to deal damage.
  • However, the barrel has 4HP. If depleted with throw it will explode.
