Act Three

'Plumes' Fronkin is standing in the plaza between Elfsong Tavern and Baldur's Mouth, listening to Augur Harxkellan's speech on the city's savior Lord Gortash. Fronkin does not join in with the crowd and appears to reluctantly support Gortash, stating: "I don't really agree with Lord Gortash's methods, but the man does get things done."

If Gortash is defeated, Fronkin and the rest of the crowd disappear, and cannot be interacted with again.
