- Witness returned to Tabernacle around noon, after giving outdoor sermon - validated with other civilians.

- Witness observed bloodied 'offering' on central shrine - a severed hand.

- Upon inspection, witness noted an attached scroll fragment reading: 'Murder Shall be Holy Again.
