Notes
- Coldbrim Chill only affects a single target per turn.
- The wording of the description might be slightly confusing. Specifically, the fact that the Coldbrim Chill effect only applies once throughout the turn, meaning that an area of effect spell like Hypnotic Pattern only applies to the first target hit and only once that turn, not to all targets.
- Applying Encrusted with Frost to a target is specifically excluded from conditions that trigger this passive.
Bugs
- Coldbrim Chill triggers under many circumstances even though it appears it should not, due to hidden technical conditions, such as when a ranged weapon attack misses, when Sanctuary is cast near enemies, or when revealing an invisible enemy with See Invisibility.
