Wuloona Dor about the contents of the latest issue of the Baldur's Mouth Gazette. The paper claims that everyone is safe in Baldur's Gate but she does not believe it.
If 
Gortash is defeated, Frunilla, Ernestus, and the rest of the civilians disperse, and can no longer be found or interacted with.
Frunilla's attitude towards the party may change depending on the outcome of
