Grapple is a class action available to Tentacles that damages and incapacitates creatures within their reach. Tentacles will also use this action as an  Opportunity Attack.

• At the start of each turn, the target makes a Strength saving throw to attempt to free themselves. On a failed save, they take 2d6Psychic.

Condition: Grappling

• Affected entity has Grappled another creature. Cannot move while Grappling. Interrupted by receiving damage.

Notes

• This action inflicts  Grappling on the tentacle itself with a successful grapple. The condition expires when its victim ceases being  Grappled.
• This action breaks the target's  Concentration without a Constitution saving throw.
